Illinois Buyers:
FOID card needed to purchase any guns along with the following rules. Long guns held 24 hrs. May be picked up at auction site on Sunday from 8:00 - 1:00 p.m.

Hand guns held 72 hrs. May be picked up at auction site on Tuesday from 8:00 - 5:00 p.m.

Out of State Buyers:

Long guns held 24 hrs. May be picked up at auction site on Sunday from 8:00 - 1:00 p.m.

Hand guns much stricter rules. Please read the following very carefully.

You may purchase any handgun here today at the auction. All handguns purchased will need to be transferred or picked up by an FFL dealer of your choice in your state. It is your responsibility to find an FFL dealer for transfer. YOUR PERMIT TO CARRY IS NOT VALID IN IL.

If you purchase your firearm online and are wanting to pick it up, the above rules apply. If you are wanting it shipped, it needs to be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer in your state.
