METHOD AND TERMS
Bidding will be on a per acre basis. Acreages in this advertisement are estimated. A survey will be completed prior to the sale with the surveyed acres being used to calculate the final sale price. Tracts 1 through 6 will be offered through the marketing method of "Buyer's Choice" whereas the high bidder can purchase (in any order) any or all of the 6 tracts for their high bid. "Buyer's Choice" will continue until all 6 tracts have been purchased.
Ten percent (10%) of the bid price to be paid on the day of sale, with the balance to be due on or before February 28, 2012. Possession will be given at the time of closing. Title Insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided. The 2012 real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing.
