From the west edge of Wyaconda, MO take Hwy. E west and north approximately 1.8 miles to County Road 107. Land is located to the east and to the west of County Road 107. (Be watching for presale directional signs).
Land is located in Section 30 of T65N-R9W, Clark County, MO and Section 25 of T65N-R10W, Scotland County, MO.

Method and Terms
Bidding will be on a per acre basis. Acreages on Tracts 1 & 2 in this advertisement are estimated, a survey will be completed prior to the sale with the surveyed acres being used to calculate the final sale price. Tract 3 will sell as 80 acres and will not be surveyed. Each tract will be sold individually and will NOT be offered in any combinations.
Ten percent (10%) of the bid price to be paid on the day of sale, with the balance to be due on or before March 8, 2012. Possession will be given at the time of closing. Title Insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided. The 2012 real estate taxes will be paid by the buyer(s).
