METHOD AND TERMS
Bidding will be on a per acre basis on all 9 tracts. All 9 tracts will be auctioned through the marketing method of "Buyer's Choice," whereas the high bidder can purchase any tract(s) for their high bid (in any order). "Buyer's Choice" auctioning will continue until all 9 tracts have been purchased. Bidders will NOT be able to place bids on the entire property based on the accumulative sum the individual tracts achieve.
Ten percent (10%) of the bid price to be paid on the day of sale. The balance of the purchase price will be due at time of closing. Closing will be on or before March 21, 2012. Full possession on all tracts will be granted at the time of closing. The 2012 and subsequent real estate taxes will be the responsibility of the new buyer(s). Title Insurance will be provided.
Any absentee/internet bidders are required to be pre-approved no later than Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at 5:00 P.M. (No exceptions)! For further pre-approval requirements, contact auction company.
