TRACT 2--68.46 acres located 1 mile northeast of Tioga, IL or approximately 4 miles south of Tract 1 in Section 21 of Walker Township. This tract contains 37.66 tillable acres with the balance being timber. There are no building improvements. This tract offers great hunting along with farm income.
TRACT 3--98.13 acres located 1/2 mile northeast of Tioga, IL or adjacent to the south side of Tract 2 in Section 28 of Walker Township. This tract contains 50.45 tillable acres and over 47 acres of timber which borders the timber on Tract 2, making a great hunting farm either on its own or combined with Tract 2. All 3 tracts will be sold on a price per acre basis and will be based on the above indicated acres.
