METHOD AND TERMS
The farm will be sold on a price per acre basis based on 120 acres±. Ten percent (10%) of the bid price to be paid on the day of sale with the balance due at closing which will be on or before Monday, June 30, 2008.
Possession will be given at the time of closing subject only to a 2 year cash rent agreement. The cash rent in the amount of $9,480.00 per year will be paid to the new buyer(s). This cash rent agreement is for the 2008 & the 2009 crop years. Please note this is a change from earlier advertisements. The 2007 real estate taxes will be paid by the sellers with the 2008 and all subsequent real estate taxes to be the responsibility of the new buyer. Title Insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided by the sellers.
