GENERAL INFORMATION
The "Denmark Celebration Center" is located at 1506 303rd Avenue, Denmark, IA. This commercial real estate lies along X-32 at the southeast edge of Denmark, IA. Denmark is located approximately 6 miles north of the Ft. Madison, IA (north of rodeo grounds). Or from Burlington, IA take Hwy. 61 south to Hwy. 16, then west approximately 6 miles.

METHOD AND TERMS
The real estate will sell for a total "lump sum" dollar amount. 15% of the bid price to be paid on the day of sale with the balance due within 30 days, on or before September 16, 2010. Full possession will be given at the time of closing upon delivery of a merchantable abstract and deed. The 2010 real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing.
