Ten percent of the bid price to be paid on day of sale with the balance due on or before Monday, September 26, 2011. Full possession will be given at the time of closing. There is no hunting lease associated with the property.
Title Insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided by the seller. The 2010 real estate taxes, which are due and payable in 2011, will be paid by the seller. The 2011 real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing. Immediately following the auction of the real estate, the successful buyer shall enter into a written contract with the seller.
