METHOD AND TERMS
Bidding will be on a price per acre basis on both tracts. The acreages in this advertisement are estimated.
Both tracts will be sold through the marketing method of "Buyer's Choice" whereas the high bidder can purchase Tract 1, Tract 2 or both Tracts 1 & 2 for their high bid. If the high bidder elects only one of the two tracts, the remaining tract will then be sold.
Ten percent (10%) of the bid price to be paid on the day of sale, with the balance to be due on or before October 6, 2011. Possession will be given at the time of closing subject only to the current tenant for the '11 crop year. Title Insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided. The 2011 real estate taxes will be paid by the seller.
