Ten percent (10%) of the bid price to be paid on the day of sale with the balance due at closing, which will be on or before October 7, 2011. Possession will be given at closing upon delivery of a merchantable abstract and deed. The 2011 real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing based on the last available tax statement.
