Method and Terms

The farm will be sold in 1 individual tract on a price per acre basis, based on the results of a recently completed survey.
Ten percent (10%) down payment due sale day upon signing of the purchase agreement. The balance due within 30 days (on or before Wednesday, October 26, 2011). Title insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided. The 2011 real estate taxes which are due and payable in 2012 will be prorated to the date of closing. Full possession will be given at the time of closing. There are no hunting or tillable leases associated with the property.
