METHOD AND TERMS
This farm will sell on a price per acre basis, based on a survey which will be completed prior to sale day. Ten (10%) percent of the bid price to be paid on the day of sale, with the balance to be due at the time of closing. Closing to be on or before October 27, 2011. The 2011 real estate taxes will be paid by the seller. Title insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided. Possession will be given at the time of closing subject only to the current tenant for the '11 crop year.
