METHOD AND TERMS
Bidding will be on a price per acre basis based on the above indicated acres. Ten percent (10%) of the bid price to be paid on the day of sale, with the balance to be due on or before December 5, 2011. Possession will be given at the time of closing subject to the rights of the current farm tenant for the 2011 crop year.
The 2011 real estate taxes will be paid by the seller with the 2012 and subsequent real estate taxes to be the responsibility of the new buyer(s). Title Insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided.
