METHOD AND TERMS
Both tracts will sell on a price per acre basis based on the above indicated acres. Tracts will be sold by the method of "Buyer&s Choice" with the buyer(s) having the opportunity to take one or both tract(s) for their high bid. Tracts do not have to be chosen in any particular order. This will continue until both tracts are sold.
Ten percent 10% of the bid price to be paid on the day of sale, with the balance to be due on or before December 9, 2009. Possession will be given at the time of closing. The 2009 real estate taxes will be paid by the seller with the 2010 and subsequent real estate taxes to be the responsibility of the new buyer(s). Title insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided.
