METHOD AND TERMS
Bidding will be on a price per acre basis. Acreages in this advertisement are estimated. A survey will be completed prior to the sale with the surveyed acres being used to calculate the final sale price. Ten (10%) percent of the bid price to be paid on the day of sale, with the balance to be due at the time of closing. Closing to be on or before January 27, 2012. The 2011 real estate taxes will be paid by the seller. Title insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided. Possession will be given at the time of closing.
