Pleasant, IA on U.S. Hwy. 218 go north 1 mile to 200th St. Turn right or east on 200th St. and proceed 2¾ miles to Logan Ave. Turn left or north on Logan Ave. and go a ½ mile to the tracts. METHOD & TERMS

The McCormick Prairie Farm Corp. Properties will be sold on a price per acre basis, based on a survey that has recently been completed. Said surveyed acres will be used to constitute the final settlement price. Both tracts will be offered through the marketing method of “Buyer’s Choice”, whereas the high bidder can take either or both tracts for their high bid. Tracts will be sold individually and will NOT be combined at the conclusion of the auction.

Ten (10%) percent of the bid price to be due on the day of sale with the balance due upon delivery of a merchantable abstract and deed. Closing is scheduled to be on or before Wednesday, January 30, 2019. Immediately following the auction, the successful bidder shall enter into a written agreement with the seller. The real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing. Possession will be given at the time of closing subject to a farm lease for the 2018 crop year. Both tracts sell free & clear for the 2019 crop year.
