METHOD AND TERMS

The Markert Rental properties will be sold on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. The auction will be held at the Red Ox Restaurant lower level banquet room located at 1302 W. Jackson St., Macomb, IL 61455. The homes will be sold individually in numerical order. Standard terms to include 10% (ten percent) of the bid price to be paid on the day of sale, with the balance being due within approximately 45 days, on or before Monday, July 25, 2016. Title insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided. The 2015 real estate taxes, due and payable in 2016, will be paid by the seller. The 2016 real estate taxes, due in 2017 will be prorated to the date of closing. Full possession will be given at closing. All parcels are being sold “AS IS.”
