Method and Terms

Ten percent (10%) of the bid price to be paid on the day of sale, with the balance to be due on or before December 17, 2018. Possession will be given at time of closing subject to the current (2018 only) farm lease. Farm sells free and clear for the 2019 crop year. The 2018 real estate taxes, due and payable in 2019, will be the responsibility of the sellers. Title Insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided.
