The Strasser Farm is located is Sections 23, 26, & 27, Monroe Township and Section 10, White Oak Township, Mahaska County, IA (Near Rose Hill, IA or 10 miles east of Oskaloosa, IA). At the north edge of Rose Hill, IA on St. Hwy. 92 go west a 1/2 mile to Co. Rd. V13 (Urbana Ave.). Turn right or north on Co. Rd. The Strasser Estate Farm will be sold on a price per acre basis, based on a survey that has recently been completed. All 5 tracts will be offered through the marketing method of “Buyer’s Choice”, whereas the high bidder can take any or all tracts for their high bid. “Buyer’s Choice” auctioning will continue until all 5 tracts have been sold. All tracts will be sold individually and NOT be combined at the conclusion of the auction.

Ten (10%) percent of the bid price to be due on the day of sale with the balance due upon delivery of a merchantable abstract and deed. Closing on all tracts is scheduled to be in approximately 30 days, on or before Monday, February 12, 2018. Immediately following the auction, the successful bidder(s) shall enter into a written agreement with the sellers. The real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing. Possession will be given at the time of closing subject to a lease with the tenant for the 2017 crop year. Farm sells free and clear for the 2018 crop season.
