Auctioneers’ Note: At the age of 91 years old (nearly 92), Oscar Koenig has made the difficult decision to disperse his registered Holstein herd, along with his machinery at absolute public auction! Oscar’s father died when Oscar was only 13 years old and he has been milking and farming ever since. With all of the responsibilities he had running the farm, Oscar was determined to get his high school diploma and then later in life a college degree. Mr. Koenig has also traveled the world, has set on many boards (college board and financial church council board) and still today is current on world affairs. Evergreen Lawn Farm (Home of Dominion Holsteins) is 100% AI’d and has been a closed herd for years. Sale day catalog will be available with all of the pertinent information pertaining to each animal.

Sale Order: (Times are approximate.) Auction will begin at 9:00 A.M. sharp with miscellaneous tools for about 30 minutes, with the machinery to begin selling at 9:45 and the Holstein herd to start selling at 11:00 A.M. sharp. There will be a second ring beginning after the machinery which will sell the balance of the tools and related farm support items. (This ring will begin at 11:00 A.M. – the same time as the Holstein auction.)

Lunch served by the Prophetstown, IL FFA students.

Not responsible for accidents, errors or omissions.  Announcements sale day take precedence.
