METHOD & TERMS The Real Estate will be offered at 11:00 A.M. Parcel 1 will be offered first and sold for a “lump sum” total dollar amount. We will then offer parcels 2 – 9 through the marketing method of “Buyer’s Choice”, whereas the high bidder can elect, in any order, any or all parcels for their high bid. “Buyer’s Choice” auctioning will continue until all parcels have been sold. Parcels 2 – 9 will also be sold for a “lump sum” total dollar amount.
Immediately following the auction, the successful buyer(s) will enter into a written purchase agreement with the seller. 10% of the bid price will be due on the day of the auction, with the balance due in approximately 30 days on (or before) Monday, July 3, 2017. Title Insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided by the seller. The 2017 real estate taxes, due and payable in 2018, will be prorated to the date of closing. Full possession will be given at the time of closing.
