The Lundgren farm will be sold at the Macomb, Illinois VFW Building on Monday morning, August 8 at 10:00 A.M. The farm will be sold in one individual tract. Land represents highly productive tillable farmland with impressive soils which include Virden, Ipava & Timewell (100%). The Corn Productivity Index (PI) indicates 138.4! The farm has excellent access by Cty. Rd. 1100N on the entire south side. Additional access on the entire west side by Cty. Rd. E 200th St.
The farm will sell on a price per acre basis. Ten percent (10%) of the bid price to be paid on the day of sale, with the balance due at the time of closing, which will be on or before Thursday, September 8, 2016 (30 day closing). Possession will be given at the time of closing, subject only to the remainder on the 2016 tillable farm tenancy. The farm sells free and clear of any tenancy for the 2017 crop year. The 2016 real estate taxes, due and payable in 2017, will be paid by the sellers, with all future real estate taxes being the responsibility of the buyer.
