METHOD AND TERMS

Bidding will be on a price per acre basis. Acreages in this advertisement are estimated. A survey will be completed prior to the sale with the surveyed acres being used to calculate the final sale price on Tracts 1 & 2. Both tracts will be offered through the marketing method of “Buyer’s Choice,” whereas the high bidder can purchase, in any order, either or both tracts for their high bid. Bidding will continue until both tracts have been purchased. Ten percent (10%) of the bid price to be paid on the day of sale, with the balance to be due on or before December 28, 2015. Full possession will be given at time of closing. The 2015 real estate taxes will be paid by the sellers using the most recent available tax information. Title Insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided. All announcements made sale day take precedence over prior advertising either written or oral.
