REAL ESTATE METHOD & TERMS
The Whittington Farms will be sold in 2 individual tracts on a price per acre basis. Tract 1 will be sold first based on a survey that has recently been completed, with the said surveyed acres being used to constitute the final settlement price. Tract 2 will be sold next based on the advertised acres found in this brochure. Both tracts will be sold individually and will NOT be combined at the conclusion of the auction.
Ten (10%) percent of the bid price to be due on the day of sale with the balance due in approximately 30 days, on or before Thursday, January 10, 2019 upon delivery of a merchantable abstract and deed. Immediately following the auction, the successful bidder(s) shall enter into a written agreement with the seller. The real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing. Full possession will be given at the time of closing. Both tracts sell free & clear for the 2019 crop year.
