The Roth Farm is located in Section 27, Marion Township, Washington County, IA. At the north edge of Wayland, IA take Co. Rd. W55 (Wayland Rd.) north 3 miles to Co. Rd. G6W (Fern Cliff Rd.). Turn right or east on Co. Rd. G6W and precede ¾ of a mile to Quince Ave. Turn right or south on Quince Ave. and go a short distance to the farm. (Be watching for presale directional signs.)

METHOD & TERMS

The Roth Farm will be sold on a price per acre basis, based on the advertised acres found in this brochure.

Ten (10%) percent of the bid price to be due on the day of sale with the balance due upon delivery of a merchantable abstract and deed. Closing is scheduled to be in approximately 30 days, on or before Friday, December 7, 2018. Immediately following the auction, the successful bidder shall enter into a written agreement with the seller. The real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing. Possession will be given at the time of closing subject to the removal of the 2018 crop. The farm sells with full farming rights for the 2019 crop year.
