METHOD AND TERMS
Bidding will be on a price per acre basis, based on 70 acres. Ten percent (10%) of the bid price to be paid on the day of sale, with the balance due on or before February 22, 2016. Possession will be given at time of closing and upon full payment of the purchase price. The farm sells free and clear of tenancy for the 2016 and future crop years. The 2015 real estate taxes, due and payable in 2016, will be paid by the Sellers based upon the latest tax information. All subsequent real estate taxes will be paid by the Buyer(s). Title Insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided by the Seller. Immediately following the auction the successful Buyer will enter into a written contract with the Seller.
