Ten percent (10%) of the bid price will be paid on the day of sale, with the balance due at the time of closing which will be on or before August 23, 2016. Immediately following the auction, the successful buyer shall enter into a written agreement with the seller. The 2016 real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing, based on the last available tax statement (2015 taxes were $520.86). Seller will provide title insurance in the full amount of the purchase price. Full possession will be given at the time of closing.
