Method & Terms

The Allison Farmers Feed & Grain Inc. property will be sold for a “lump sum total dollar amount”.

Ten (10%) percent of the bid price to be due on the day of sale with the balance due in approximately 30 days, on or before Friday, October 1, 2021, upon delivery of a merchantable abstract and deed. Immediately following the auction, the successful bidder(s) shall enter into a written agreement with the seller. The real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing. Full possession will be given at the time of closing.

In the event Buyer desires early possession, an additional Ten (10%) percent of the purchase price shall be sent in certified funds to the Beecher Law Firm Trust Account for the benefit of the Seller. Additionally, proof of satisfactory liability and other insurance will need to be provided by the Buyer before early possession will be given.
