The Scott Farm is located approximately 5 miles northeast of Timewell, IL (Timewell is located approximately 6 miles west of Mt. Sterling, IL or 30 miles east of Quincy, IL). METHOD & TERMS
The Scott Farm will be sold in one individual tract on a price per acre basis, based on 111 acres. Immediately following the auction, the successful buyer will be required to enter into a written purchase agreement with the seller, and pay 10% of the bid price down as earnest money with the balance due at the time of closing on or before Friday, March 2, 2018. Title insurance in the full amount of the final purchase price will be provided by the seller. The 2017 real estate taxes, due and payable in 2018, will be paid by the seller. The 17.76 crop acres sell subject to a cash rent tenancy for 2018. All hunting rights for 2018 & beyond will be conveyed with the farm at time of closing.
