Immediately following the auction, the successful high bidder will be required to pay a ten percent (10%), non-refundable down payment, with the balance due at closing in 30 days, on or before March 23, 2021, unless otherwise agreed by UMB Bank, N.A. The successful bidder, upon payment of the 10%, shall receive a Receipt of Sale, and, upon payment in full, shall receive a Certificate of Sale.
