METHOD & TERMS: The Real Estate will be offered at 11:00 A.M. The building, located along broadway street, and the additional vacant lot, located across the alley to the south, will be sold as 1 individual parcel and for a “Lump Sum” or total dollar amount. 10% of the bid price will be due on the day of the auction, with the balance due in approximately 45 days on (or before) Monday, June 5, 2017.
