This 32 acre farm is located in Section 35 of Fabius Township, Davis County, IA. From the Junction of Hwys. 63 & 2 west of Bloomfield, IA, take Hwy. 63 south approximately 5 1/2 miles to County Road J51, then right or west 1 3/4 mile to Ebony Ave., then left or south 1 mile to the farm.

METHOD & TERMS

Immediately following the land auction, the successful buyer shall enter into a written contract with the seller. Possession will be given at the closing. Farm sells with full farming rights for ’17.
