Monday, December 20 & Tuesday, December 21 starting at 8:30 A.M. CST both days
Buyers will be emailed an invoice at the conclusion of the auction each day. Payments can be made by:
- ACH electronic check, (preferred method of payment – fast, easy, no cost, no waiting in clerking lines and quicker load out)
- Personal check
- Money wire transfer
- Credit card (purchases made by credit card will have a 3% fee added to the invoice)
All purchases must be paid within 48 hours – no exceptions. There will be a cashier at our Hamilton, IL facility to assist with payments starting on Wednesday, from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily.
- Inspections are WELCOME and ENCOURAGED:
- Items that are located at our facilities in Hamilton, IL and Huntington, IN can be viewed during daylight hours throughout the week.
- Pay special attention to the various offsite locations. For equipment located on dealer lots and individual farms/property, you will need to contact the seller(s) to make an appointment for viewing.
EVERYTHING IS SOLD “AS-IS, WHERE-IS”.
We encourage bidders to do their due diligence, talk to the owners and inspect the items as to condition and suitability for use. Sullivan Auctioneers is not responsible for statements made by the seller about the items or condition. All sales are final, no refunds or returns.
- A paid in full invoice is required for pickup AT ALL LOCATIONS. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- All items must be removed by Friday, January 14th, 2022. Items not removed by then will be subject to storage and loading fees.
- Note: Monday’s items cannot be picked up until Tuesday and Tuesday’s items cannot be picked up until Wednesday.
– Hamilton, IL location – Auction personnel will be available to assist with loadout (with a paid invoice):
- Tuesday, December 21st from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM – Monday’s purchases only
- Wednesday, December 22nd and Thursday, December 23rd from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (All Purchases)
- Monday, December 27th through Thursday, December 30th from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Monday, January 3rd through Friday, January 7th from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Saturday, January 8th from 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
- Monday, January 10th through Friday, January 14th from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Note: No Load out Christmas Eve and Christmas Day as well as New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day
