The Lumberg Farm is located in Section 3, Tama Township, Des Moines County, Iowa and is generally located 3 miles northeast of the north edge of Burlington, Iowa. At the north edge of Burlington proceed 3 miles on Hwy. 99 to 80th Ave. Then turn left on 80th Ave. and proceed 3/4 of a mile to the farm. (Please note: At this time Hwy. 99 is closed due to construction just outside of Burlington, therefore follow the marked detour.)

Method & Terms
The Lumberg farm will be sold in one (1) individual tract on a price per acre basis, based on the advertised taxable acres found in this brochure.
Ten (10%) percent of the bid price to be due on the day of sale with the balance due in approximately 30 days, on or before Friday, July 2, 2021 upon delivery of a merchantable abstract and deed. Immediately following the auction, the successful bidder(s) shall enter into a written agreement with the seller. The real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing. Possession will be given at the time of closing, subject to the current farm lease with the tenant for the 2021 crop year. Ask auction company for details.
