Bidding is NOT subject to financing, appraisal or inspection.

Immediately following the auction, the winning bidder(s) will be required to sign a real estate sales contract and pay ten percent (10%) of the purchase price as a non-refundable down payment, payable to Knox County Abstract, which shall hold the money in escrow until closing.

The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing.  Closing will take place on or before January 17, 2023 at Knox County Abstract.  Farm will sell subject to the current farm cash rent contract expiring November 15, 2022, the current hunting lease expiring April 1, 2023 and the house rental agreement which is a verbal month-to-month agreement.
