Bidding is NOT subject to financing, appraisal or inspection.

Immediately following the auction, the winning bidder will be required to sign a real estate sales contract and pay ten percent (10%) of the purchase price as a non-refundable down payment, payable to Sullivan County Title, which shall hold the money in escrow until closing.

The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing which will take place on or before March 16, 2022 at Sullivan County Title. Possession will be given at the time of closing. Farm sells free & clear for the 2022 crop year. Farm sells subject to the USDA Cost Share Program for Terraces & Waterways.

Please Note: Fertilizer for the 2022 crop year has been applied and will convey to buyer at no additional cost.
