Method and Terms

This is an absolute sale – No Reserve. Ten percent (10%) of the bid price will be paid on the day of sale with the balance due at the time of closing, on or before May 23, 2016. Seller will provide title insurance in the full amount of the purchase price. The 2015 real estate taxes, due and payable in 2016, will be paid by the sellers. The 2016 real estate taxes, due and payable in 2017, will be prorated to the date of closing on Tract 1 and paid by the buyer(s) on Tracts 2, 3 & 4.
