Where necessary, a survey has been completed and paid for by the Seller.  A survey on the tracts that have been recently surveyed for the auction can be viewed by clicking on “View Survey Here” on the individual tract information locations on this site.

For Internet bidding purposes, these acreages will be rounded to the nearest whole number.  The acreages listed above will be used to calculate the final purchase price.

Tracts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14 and 15 will be sold on a price per acre basis.  Tracts 13 & 16 will be sold for the total dollar amount or “lump sum”. 

Tracts 10, 11 and 12 will be sold through the marketing method of “Buyer’s Choice”, whereas the high bidder can purchase any of the three tracts (in any order) for their high bid.  “Buyer’s Choice” auctioning will continue on tracts 10, 11 and 12 until all three tracts have been purchased.

Buyer(s) will be required to sign and enter into a Purchase Agreement with the seller.  A copy of the Purchase Agreement is available for inspection by clicking here: “Purchase Agreement”.  A down payment equal to 10% of the purchase price will be due on the day of the sale.  BIDDING IS NOT CONDITIONAL UPON FINANCING.  The down payment can be in the form of a check (payable to Jersey County Title), money order or wire transfer.  Auction personnel will be contacting the buyers after the auction to arrange for the signing of the Purchase Agreement and collection of the down payment.

The balance of the purchase price will be due at the time of closing, with closing scheduled to be on or before April 30, 2020.  Jersey County Title will be handling and coordinating the closings.
