(1 1/2 miles southeast of Cincinnati, Iowa or 10 miles south of Centerville, Iowa) From the east edge of the small town of Cincinnati, Iowa go northeast 1 mile to 210th Ave. Turn right or south and proceed 2 miles to the farm.

Method & Terms

The M-W Livestock farm will be sold in five (5) individual tracts and will be sold on a price per acre basis, based on the advertised acres found in this brochure and deeded acres. All tracts will be sold through the marketing method of “Buyer’s Choice”, whereas the high bidder can take any or all tracts for their high bid.  The farm will NOT be offered in its entirety or in any combinations. Bidding is NOT contingent upon financing, an appraisal or inspection.

Ten (10%) percent of the bid price to be due on the day of sale with the balance due in approximately 30 days, on or before Monday, July 11, 2022 upon delivery of a merchantable abstract and deed. Immediately following the auction, the successful bidder(s) shall enter into a written agreement with the seller. Full possession will be given at the time of closing. Early possession will be granted for tillage and grazing purposes for the 2022 crop year with proof of liability and insurance. For complete details contact the auction company.
