Location & General Information

The Power farm is located in Section 20, Lynchburg Township, Mason County, IL. The farm is further described as being located in the extreme southwest corner of Mason County, IL. From Hwy. 78 just north of the Cass County line / Sangamon River, go west on County Rd. 150N. Take 150N approximately 3 1/2 miles, turn south  on County Rd. 700E then west on 100N 1 mile to the farm, which lies on the north side of 100N and on the west side of 600E.

The Power farm will be sold in 1 individual tract and on a price per acre basis. Of the 180 acres± approximately 140± acres are under irrigation. The entire electric driven irrigation system is only a few years old and is in tip-top condition. This system has been winterized and serviced by the irrigation dealer. This fall there were over $17,000.00 of updates made to the system (invoice available). Updates included 1,000 GPM turbine pump, 60 HP 1,800 RPM VFD motor along with other items.

The tillable land under the irrigation system is in corn this year. The dry land has been in hay production for several years but did have soybeans drilled into those acres this year. Land sells free and clear for the 2021 crop year. Auction company would like to thank our tenant for all their help and information!
