METHOD & TERMS
Both tracts will be sold individually on a price per acre basis. A survey of both tracts has recently been completed. The final settlement price will be based upon the acreage obtained from said survey.
Ten percent (10%) of the purchase price to be paid down at time of sale with balance due on or before May 2, 2019. Full possession for the 2019 farmland season will be given at the closing. Title insurance will be provided. The 2018 real estate taxes, payable in 2019, will be paid by the sellers.
The real estate is sold subject to a Memorandum of Wind Energy Lease and Easement Agreement in favor of Cardinal Point LLC.
