Real Estate will sell first at 10:00 a.m. through a virtual online only format followed by the (9) stained glass windows. Then the balance of the personal property will be offered through a timed online only event.
Terms on the real estate: 20% down the day of the auction with the balance due in approx. 30 days on or before Tuesday, September 15, 2020.
Few highlights include: Early 1900’s Blymyer church bell, approx. 36” diameter (to be removed by the new buyer); several very nice oak curved church pews; walnut side pulpit chairs (fancy); walnut pulpit; selection of very nice occasional tables and stands; large Bible complete with wooded hinged display case; German Bible; large quantity of Hymnals and music books; religious books (some children); organ; music cabinets; walnut collection plates and communion sets; walnut communion table (in memory of Paul Harsch, 1958); flags; wooden crosses; (2) small stained glass windows; religious pictures; large selection of kitchen items to include: refrigerator/stove/roasters/pots & pans/coffee makers/plates/bowls/glasses and the list goes on and on; several very nice oak children’s chairs; metal folding chairs; folding tables; rolling display boards; seasonal decorations; sound system; speakers; plus many other items simply too numerous to mention.
Please Note: It will be the responsibility of the new buyers of the bell, stained glass windows and the pews to have these items removed. The buyers of these items will also be required to sign a waiver relieving the sellers and auctioneers harmless of any liability.
