Method & Terms

The Nelson properties will be sold in two (2) individual parcels based on the advertised acres. Parcel 1 will be sold first for a lump sum, total dollar amount, followed by Parcel 2, for a lump sum, total dollar amount. Both parcels will be sold individually and will NOT be combined. Bidding is NOT contingent upon financing, an appraisal or inspection.

Ten (10%) percent of the bid price to be due on the day of sale with the balance due in approximately 30 days, on or before Monday, November 21, 2022 upon delivery of a merchantable abstract and deed. Immediately following the auction, the successful bidder(s) shall enter into a written agreement with the seller. Full possession on both parcels will be given at the time of closing. The septic system on Parcel 1 has been updated. Any future septic system testing or upgrades will be at the buyer(s) expense.
