Method & Terms

The Alpha Feed Mill property will be sold for a “lump sum total dollar amount”.

Immediately following the auction, the successful bidder will be required to sign a real estate sales contract and pay ten (10%) percent of the bid price as a non refundable down payment. The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing in approximately 30 days, on or before Monday, July 19, 2021. Title insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided by the seller. The real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing. Full possession will be given at the time of closing.
